Why I Recommend CrossFit to all of my Patients

For years, I was a CrossFit skeptic and critic. It looked crazy and way too intense–or so I thought.

There is a principle in existence that is a bar against all information, proof against all arguments, and cannot help but keep a man in everlasting ignorance. That principle is contempt prior to investigation.

That above principle described me perfectly. I drew my conclusions on CrossFit based on other people’s opinions and false data distributed by pseudo-experts, such as the NASM. I had not investigated it personally.

Don’t make the same mistake that I did.

Find out for yourself through experience. Go to a CrossFit gym and try it out, then make up your own mind–don’t let anyone else make up your mind for you. See the CrossFit benefits for yourself.

I recommend CrossFit for several reasons. The biggest and most important reason that I stand behind it is because it’s unlike any other fitness programs out there. Typical fitness programs like jogging, walking, yoga, pilates, treadmills, etc. fail to address all 10 areas of fitness. CrossFit is the ONLY fitness program that addresses all of 10 of these areas:

    • Accuracy
    • Balance
    • Coordination
    • Agility
    • Endurance
    • Flexibility
    • Power
    • Speed
    • Stamina
    • Strength

Age, weight, and physical limitations are no excuse. People with cerebral palsy, blind people, amputees, and even those in their 90s are starting CrossFit.

There is no such thing as “not being ready to start CrossFit”.  You will never be ready. Nobody is ever ready.

You just have to go. Every person who is doing CrossFit today had to take that one courageous step through the door. Combined with proper nutrition, you can overcome chronic disease and live the life your creator intended for you!

Stop being the victim of an uncaring, unethical, profit motive-driven “Health Care System” that is controlled by drug companies, the insurance industry, and Big Sugar–who could care less about you or your health.

Did you know that organizations with official-sounding names such as the National Institute of Health, American College of Sports Medicine, Centers for Disease Control, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association are receiving funding from Big Sugar? That’s correct, Coke and Pepsi fund their research, and Big Money promotes false science. The only thing not broken in our present so-called “Health Care System” is the flow of money into their pockets.

The CrossFit benefits are endless. At Independence Wellness & Pulse Center, we truly care about your health. Contact us today for sound nutritional guidance and assistance in gaining your health back without harmful pharmaceuticals.
