“Back in 2019, towards the end of the year, I injured my lat in a very specific way that would cause shooting pain through my tricep anytime I tried to do a pulling motion. It took months to get back to normal and I spend hundreds of dollars on massages and other solutions to fix it. Eventually, with time, it went away. Fast forward to this year, 2020, around the same time–doing almost identical training–I hurt the other arm. At first, I was very concerned and disappointed that I would have to alter my training so dramatically once again, seeing as the movements I needed work on were big weaknesses of mine in CrossFit. But instead of a massage, I went to Dr. John to fic my problems. In just 2- 3 special laser treatments, my pain went from an 8 to a 3. In the previous year, it had taken at least a month, but this was within a week’s time!”
